The warmest of greetings to everyone.
We have little opportunity to meet each other in the same room at the moment.
But we are a community of the heart, and the heart is not governed by physical distance. In response to this, the Chisholme Institute has for the past year worked with a number of willing volunteers to offer online courses devoted to the Unity of Being. Everyone involved has been deeply touched by how connecting these online experiences have been. We would like to follow this thread by inviting a community of friends and family, past, present and future to sit in together in silent meditation.
We are proposing several Sundays on which this takes place. The times will vary to suit people in different time zones.
Dates and times are:
Sunday 30th May, 12pm (noon) UK time
Sunday 27th June, 9pm (evening) UK time
Sunday 25th July, 6pm (evening) UK time
Sunday 22nd August, 12pm (noon) Uk time
The events will take place via the online platform Zoom which is easy to use. If you are unclear as to how to use Zoom, details will be offered when you register. The meditation will take place in silence, and will take the form of a thirty minute meditation, with ten minutes beforehand for everyone to arrive and settle and five minutes after for quietly departing.
To join in, please use this link which will take you to Eventbrite for a free ticket for any of the dates on which you want to come, and you will be emailed any details you might need plus the Zoom login. You will need to register separately for each event.
Being together in this way has never happened before and all are welcome.
