One of the most beneficial aspects was exploring meditation. Especially the embodied part of it. I feel more present in the moment, more relaxed and pay more attention to how and where I feel emotions in my body. I am more in my body than before and less in my head. And I would love to explore this further.

I finally got to practice meditation daily and now even start feeling the benefits from that. It is not a punishment anymore to sit in silence.

It's a wonderful time for this type of work. The earth is cleaner and stiller. There is less attraction. One can see the negativity clearer in one's self. It can be a new start for everyone. That's how it feels to me. I'm more inward than before, not needing quite so much to be centre field, becoming less opinionated, less needing to be approved. Softer. I want to connect. I'm looking for that button. To allow everything to be as it is. To let go of the control. It's all okay. We are all connected.
