The warmest of greetings to everyone.
We have little opportunity to meet each other in the same room at the moment.
But we are a community of the heart, and the heart is not governed by physical distance.
Online meditation sessions – inviting a community of friends and family, past, present and future to sit in together; the times vary to suit people in different time zones:
Sunday 29th May at 18.00 UK (BST) time
Sunday 3rd July at 12.00 noon, UK (BST) time
Sunday 7th August at 18.00 UK (BST) time
These are silent meditations lasting for thirty minutes, with ten minutes beforehand for everyone to arrive and settle and five minutes after for quietly departing. The sessions are offered via the online platform Zoom which is easy to use. If you are unclear as to how to use Zoom, details are available when you register.
To join in, please use this link which will take you to Eventbrite for a free ticket for any of the dates on which you want to come, and you will be emailed any details you might need plus the Zoom login. You will need to register separately for each event.
