Discovering Unity – continue the journey

For anyone who has participated in an introductory course (online or residential) this is an invitation to join a six-day residential course at Chisholme, this September. The course carries the intention to continue the journey toward self knowledge in the light of the Unity of Being.

The leading theme will be:
'Choice and the different aspects of making choices’ in the light of the unity of existence.
We will be working with a process of questioning that can help us waking up to our innate wisdom and guidance.

The daily programme will include:

Meditation - 3 times a day
Qi Gong practices
Contemplation and conversation,
Mindfulness practices,
Work in the house, estate, garden and kitchen.

These together form a balanced support in our opening to reality and self knowledge.

Date and time: 12 – 18 September
Course begins on Sunday with supper at 7 pm and ends on Saturday after lunch at 2 pm.
If you would like to arrive before Sunday please let us know (daily rates apply)

Covid 19: Prevailing guidelines for Scotland will apply. We will keep you up-to-date with
any major changes before the course.

Course structure: 8–15 participants

£150 (full-time students)
We do want the courses to be available for everyone, so if the fee is a genuine difficulty for you then please write to £50 deposit payable once your booking is confirmed
The course includes accommodation and meals
The deposit is refundable in the event that the course cannot take place.
